Job Title:

 

A Business Analyst is sought after by a renowned organization to spearhead the implementation of Agile methodologies across various product-based environments. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, along with expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews with stakeholders, workshops, and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to gather comprehensive requirements.
  • Analyze existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Create detailed documents such as Process Flows, Wireframes, and Data Flow Diagrams to facilitate clear communication among team members.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and User Experience (UX) Designers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate actively in strategic planning and participate in product roadmap discussions.
  • Design and implement UAT plans, and support QA teams in developing test cases to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in product-based or SaaS environments
  • Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, and SQL
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a product-based or SaaS environment

Preferred Domain Experience:

  • Fintech, Healthtech, Edtech, E-commerce, or SaaS platforms
