Business Process Leader Role Summary:

As a key member of the regional team, you will lead initiatives to standardize and optimize business processes across the region. This role will focus on driving continuous improvement through effective deployment of technology, establishing a high-performance network, and leading regional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Standardization & Optimization:

Develop and implement standardized business processes across the region to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with regional teams to review and refine process models to ensure alignment with regional requirements.

  • Technology Deployment & Adoption:

Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation to reduce manual processes and operational redundancies. Act as a liaison between agencies to promote best practice sharing and drive adoption of new technologies.

  • High-Performance Network Management:

Develop a high-performance mindset within regional agencies. Monitor and coach agency leaders to improve performance across the region. Drive initiatives that encourage best practices sharing, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement.

  • Regional Project Leadership:

Lead regional projects focusing on operational waste reduction, simplification, and efficiency gains. Conduct regular assessments to uncover opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and simplification. Engage stakeholders across the region to drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment on project goals.

  • Deployment & Implementation:

Deploy standardized process models in regions, minimizing exceptions and managing stakeholder expectations. Deploy new tools and processes within the Region, monitoring implementation and project adoption before handover to Business units.

  • Project Management & Collaboration:

Collaborate with global teams to manage the effective implementation of projects. Provide regional specificities and process needs to support project success. Help agencies during GBS transition projects.

  • New Cluster/Agency Setup:

Lead the setup and implementation of new regional clusters or agencies, ensuring alignment with business standards and operational targets. Provide guidance on standard operating procedures, resource allocation, and technology requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in project management and/or business process improvement.
  • Certification in LEAN Six Sigma, Project Management desirable
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align operational processes with strategic business goals.
  • Change Management: Skilled in managing change effectively to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Technology Acumen: Knowledgeable about new and emerging technologies, with ability to identify and deploy relevant tools for process improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive in identifying opportunities to reduce waste, automate tasks, and simplify workflows (Lean and Six Sigma knowledge)
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, assess performance, and inform process optimizations.
