Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service operations for press part tooling customers. This key position involves overseeing and coordinating service activities, executing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), resolving customer complaints, and facilitating collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of service operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Execution of AMC contracts and adherence to timely completion deadlines.
  • Proactive resolution of customer complaints and provision of solutions.
  • Interdepartmental coordination for efficient service delivery.
  • Mentorship and guidance of service engineers and technicians.
  • Maintenance of compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols.
  • Accurate documentation and reporting of service performance.
  • Promotion of continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements.
  • Vendor relationship management and third-party service provider oversight.
Desired Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering/Tooling industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Audit handling and regulatory compliance expertise.
  • Effective communication and customer relationship skills.
