Job Opportunity: Senior Operations Executive - GRC

\

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Operations Executive with expertise in ServiceNow administration, specifically GRC modules.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules\
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments\
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects\
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems\
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis\
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability\
  • Support audits and compliance reporting\
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches\
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency\
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks\
  • Implement effective governance, risk management, and compliance processes
\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • \
  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration\
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules\
  • Certifications (Mandatory): ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation\
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution\
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes\
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes\
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management\
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus
