Business Development Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our prospects, answering their queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to effectively communicate their value to our prospects.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to convert these leads into sales.
- Manage follow-up calls and nurture leads to ensure that they move through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this information to suggest improvements to our marketing strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in reservations, real estate, or tele-sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to make every conversation count.
