Mortgage Lending Specialist

This role involves working with clients to provide specialized lending and financing solutions for their mortgage needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business models, customers, and suppliers to determine repayment capability.
  • Evaluate financials to assess clients' repayment capacity and approve loans accordingly.
  • Perform collateral assessment to ensure stability, marketability, valuation, regulatory compliance, and legal validity.
  • Develop tailored lending solutions that meet client needs by leveraging cash flows and hard collateral.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong local network and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • High customer and target orientation to drive business growth.
  • A Graduate/Post-Graduate or MBA degree with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Mortgage lending division or Home loans division of a Bank/NBFC.
