About the Company ORIGROUP is a leading contract manufacturer specialising in FMCG products, partnering with top brands to deliver quality and innovation. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring optimal financial health, and contributing to the company's overall strategy and decision-making processes. This position is critical to driving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.

Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders. Lead initiatives to optimise capital structure, manage cash flow, and ensure long-term financial sustainability. Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and treasury functions.

Liaising with Banks and Financial InstitutionsComplete financial accounting and forecastingDeliver reports and metrics to leadership Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related fieldMBA or Master's degree in Finance is preferred.10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership roleProfessional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly desirable. Proven track record in managing financial operations in ( Contract Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.). Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
