About the Job

This is a high-level role responsible for overseeing question bank management, subject matter expert panel management, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining quality questions banks for assessments
  • Creating engaging content in English/Hindi/other languages
  • Managing subject matter expert panels and ensuring their performance meets quality standards
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets

Qualifications:

  • Broad understanding of education systems and curriculum development
  • Experience working in education sector-related assessment and evaluation
  • Strong command over English and Hindi languages (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: Verbal Ability - English, Verbal Ability - Hindi
