Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our development initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance: Take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and high-quality results.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Possess in-depth knowledge of SDLC with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Sprint Planning & Retrospectives: Drive effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
  • Design Principles & Patterns: Apply advanced design principles and architectural design patterns to architect solutions.
  • Team Collaboration & Management: Lead daily stand-ups, manage work item updates, and coordinate with multiple developers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Code Quality & Performance Oversight: Ensure code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and monitor pipeline status.
  • Status Reporting: Deliver clear project updates and technical reports to stakeholders.
  • Technical Mentorship & Growth: Provide strong technical mentorship to developers, fostering their growth and adherence to best practices.
  • System Design: Own low-level system design and contribute to high-level architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Programming Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer, with expertise in leading development using Java (version 8 and above), Spring Boot, React, and Database (Advanced).

Database Expertise: Expert-level experience in RDBMS (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Caching Tools: Redis or HazelCast. Message Processing: Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience with strong architectural contributions). Prior experience working with US/UK clients is highly preferred.
