We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing Jira projects with various schemes, complex workflows, and integration with other business systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with the R&D department to administer, configure, and support Jira and Confluence cloud instances. This will include setting up tools that meet the needs of the specific teams and ensuring effective adoption and use of tools within R&D.

In this role, you will also be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and documenting functionality to determine potential areas of continued improvement. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the Training team to develop user training on R&D tools.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong work ethic with good time management skills. Atlassian Certifications are an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and define Jira and Confluence solutions for ever-changing needs within the R&D organization.
  • Support the R&D suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and other R&D tools.
  • Analyze, review, and document functionality to determine potential areas of continued improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT to setup tools that meet the needs of R&D and Product teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience as Jira Administrator with expertise customizing Jira projects with various schemes, complex workflows, custom JQL, and integration with other business systems.
  • Atlassian Certifications an asset.
  • Ability to construct advanced dashboards using various filter types in Jira and Confluence.
