Are you a customer-focused professional seeking a dynamic opportunity to drive adoption, satisfaction and retention of procurement software solutions?

This key role involves collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique business needs, providing expert guidance on our platform and facilitating its successful implementation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers offering personalized support throughout their journey.
  • Work on all aspects of maintenance including business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows and user interface configuration.
  • Demonstrate features and capabilities highlighting how they can address customer challenges and drive value.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand procurement processes, pain points and objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Participate in testing including User Acceptance Testing as part of Change Management activities & Product Upgrade/ New Releases
  • Develop and deliver customized training sessions tailored to specific needs and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance troubleshooting technical issues, resolving product-related inquiries and addressing feedback.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption offering strategic recommendations for process improvements and feature enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • B.E Graduate/ Masters in Supply Chain or Operations
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role preferably within the procurement domain.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and practices with ability to articulate how our software solutions can address customer needs and deliver value.
