Middleware Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize middleware products in an enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Middleware Administration
    • Install, configure and maintain middleware components.
    • Apply patches, upgrades and security updates.
    • Manage domain configurations, clusters and high availability setups.
  • Performance Monitoring & Tuning
    • Monitor system performance using tools like Enterprise Manager.
    • Tune JVM parameters, data sources and connection pools.
    • Analyse logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Deployment & Integration
    • Manage deployment of services and applications across environments.
    • Integrate middleware with databases, ERP systems and third-party tools.
    • Automate deployment processes using WLST, ANT or scripting tools.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Configure SSL, identity management and access control.
    • Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
    • Manage user roles and permissions across middleware components.
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery
    • Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
    • Participate in DR drills and ensure business continuity.
