
Compensation and Advanced Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our team and work on compensation and advanced compensation projects.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, as well as a strong understanding of compensation concepts and processes.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, along with active Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation. At least 3 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant is also necessary.
This role requires the ability to analyze complex problems, collaborate with others to explore alternative solutions, and exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of importance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in implementing and supporting Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Strong understanding of compensation concepts and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Active Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation
- At least 3 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant
