Job Overview:
Sutra Marketing And Events LLP seeks an experienced Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

About You:
We're looking for a talented individual with 2-6 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or a similar role in the events/marketing industry. Your expertise should include strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate between teams effectively. A go-getter attitude, passion for relationship-building, and in-depth understanding of the events and activation industry are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage potential clients through proactive research and connections.
  • Manage Client Requirements: Understand client needs and ensure their requirements are circulated within the right teams for execution.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Present Solutions: Create and present idea pitches to clients, ensuring a smooth exchange of feedback to refine and meet expectations.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, marketing budgets, and upcoming product launches.
  • Track Exhibitions: Maintain a list of relevant industry events and exhibitions to generate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure Timely Execution: Ensure all projects are executed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
