Event Operations Manager

The Event Operations Manager will lead the development and execution of events for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of event strategy, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in client servicing/account management in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event strategies.
- Proactively address client needs, providing innovative event solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and updates with clients to ensure seamless communication.
Event Strategy, Planning & Execution
- Work with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to conceptualize and execute impactful brand experiences.
- Develop and present event proposals and strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Oversee event planning, logistics, and execution while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to offer innovative event solutions.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor a team of client servicing executives to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality services.
