Client Servicing Manager – Events & Experiential Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Client Servicing Manager with 4-5 years of experience in events and experiential marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client relationship management, event execution, and strategic planning. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple high-profile clients while ensuring the seamless execution of events from ideation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event strategies.
  • Proactively address client needs, providing innovative event solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and updates with clients to ensure seamless communication.

Event Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Work with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to conceptualize and execute impactful brand experiences.
  • Develop and present event proposals and strategies tailored to client requirements.
  • Oversee event planning, logistics, and execution while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to offer innovative event solutions.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of client servicing executives to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality services.

Budget & Project Management

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Track financial performance and ensure events are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Maintain timelines and ensure all deliverables are met as per agreed schedules.

On-Site Event Management & Execution

  • Oversee on-ground execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Handle any last-minute challenges and provide quick resolutions.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and event standards are met at every stage.

Post-Event Analysis & Reporting

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve future events.
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports, including ROI and performance metrics.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for future campaigns and events.

Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in client servicing/account management in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations.

Strong client relationship management skills with experience handling high-profile brands.

Expertise in event strategy, planning, and execution.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership abilities to manage a team of executives.

Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and logistics.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and event management software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel for on-site event management.
