We have opportunities in the Cell Maintenance department at Fabcity. If you have a strong background in engineering and a passion for clean energy innovation, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
