Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader - IT Security Analyst. This role involves demonstrating project and task management skills, tracking progress against established milestones and deliverables, and showcasing excellent investigative skills with an innate drive to win.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical skills, analytical and quality assurance techniques, self-motivation, and a high sense of urgency and personal integrity. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation, maintaining various metrics and SLAs, and experience in defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, manage, and monitor security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management
  • Strong knowledge of various data security tools & techniques such as DLP, CASB
  • Knowledge of industry cyber security regulations and standards, cyber security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF)
  • Various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and UNIX
  • Risk assessment frameworks, tools, technologies, and methods
  • Planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Performing testing and evaluation of documentation and controls with remediation recommendations
