Workday Security Expert
We are seeking a seasoned Workday security specialist to join our team. This key role involves configuring and maintaining security within the Workday application.
The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security. They will maintain awareness of divisional and data security, complying with policies and procedures.
You will participate in report reviews, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security standards. Our successful candidate will stay updated on new security features and implement them where possible.
The consultant will perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy and demonstrate proof of security controls during internal and external audits.
About this Role:
- Configure and maintain security within Workday application

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Workday security features and controls
- Knowledge of SOX and data privacy regulations
- Ability to accurately collect information
- Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable enforcing adherence to security policies and practices
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
