Job Overview

Relationship Manager 1 Location:

Bangalore (Hybrid)

As an RM, you will be a key technical contributor, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive the successful execution of a project.


Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and BA skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in support or operational project work is preferred.

The candidate should also be flexible and willing to work both day and night shifts, as the project operates 24/7, 365 days a year.

We are looking for someone who can help us identify and mitigate risks, train new RMs in the project, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.

Additionally, our ideal candidate will have strong quality assurance and problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in program/project management and process improvement, preferably in a support/operational project environment.
  • Strong understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve support operations.
  • Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required.
  • Strong business-analyst background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
