Job Title

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Engineering Manager/Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the engineering department.


The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects. You will work directly with the CEO/CTO and act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in Java, frontend technologies like Bootstrap, jQuery, AWS, modular software development, multi-tenant architecture, and highly scalable systems
  • Strong communication skills to build consensus with internal and external resources
  • Ability to determine the best implementation approach/methodology for assigned project(s)
  • Oversight of the full software development lifecycle required for a group of developers and testers in an agile environment

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience demonstrating required skills and competencies in engineering
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MS/MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
  • Previous leadership or management experience required
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting methodology

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Docker Containers, Kubernetes Cluster management, and orchestration
  • Knowledge of running large-scale multi-tenant applications
  • Respectable knowledge of SQL and AWS

Absolutely no experience in product development? No worries This role focuses on leading teams and guiding engineers in implementing client solutions efficiently and effectively. A background in Salesforce can be advantageous but not necessary.
