Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in SAM, with a strong understanding of the hardware asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.
  • Develop comprehensive expertise with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, tailored for hardware assets.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans for asset management, from procurement to disposal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices for ITIL service management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
  • Deep expertise with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, tailored for hardware assets.
  • Proven experience designing complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the hardware asset lifecycle, from strategic planning to deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly as they apply to asset management.
