Zscaler Security Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining various Zscaler services, including ZIA and ZPA. You will work closely with network, security operations, application teams, and end-users to ensure comprehensive security and effective user experience.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining ZIA and ZPA services.
- Developing and managing granular security policies within Zscaler.
- Configuring and managing secure access to internal applications via ZPA.
- Implementing and managing traffic forwarding methods to Zscaler.
- Performing in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex Zscaler-related issues.
- Monitoring Zscaler logs, security events, and performance metrics.
- Integrating Zscaler with Identity Providers like Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity.
