Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our team at 2coms. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and appointing dealers for deeper market penetration and reach in depth market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and compare sales plans with the last year base and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
- Oversee the sale activities of products thereby achieving increased sales growth/ maximized volume and value growth in depth.
- Assist dealers in achieving targets and provide them with training.
- Ensure the seeding of new products in the right channel.
- Ensure SKU range availability at key outlets.
- Conceptualize and implement sales promotional programs for brand building.
- Ensure profitability of dealers, in alignment with organization's policies and interest.
- Prepare territory monitoring reports every month, including competitor's activities.
- Conduct retail audits to assess market potential, estimate sales of competitors, and adopt suitable strategies for sales.
- Solve all dealer issues to maintain smooth business relations.
Requirements:
- Age profile: max 35 years.
- Should have experience in sales of admixture.
- Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- UG: B. Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com – Commerce.
- PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization.
- Personality Trait Requirements:
- Candidate should be a Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc) and a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management with an experience of 4-6 years in Channel Sales preferably from admixture industry.
- Highly energetic, motivated, confident candidates with good communication and selling skills.
- Should have the ability to get the 'feel' of the market and to convert products into business.
- Must be a go-getter with high drive and initiative.
- Should be a local candidate.
