Procurement Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in procurement, data analysis, and operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze procurement data and metrics to derive insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with category/process governance teams to drive improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build digital infrastructure, including dashboards and collaboration channels, to increase access to information and data.
  • Identify and champion the adoption of new technologies to further streamline workflows and automate tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operational excellence and/or project management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with procurement processes, software, and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
