**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist

 

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures related to procurement.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
  • Notify management of low stock levels and troubleshoot vendor delivery issues.
  • Verify and track received inventory and reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports.
  • Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
  • Assist in training, scheduling, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
