**Job Title:** Training Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK Mortgages and experience working with cryptocurrency products is preferred. You should be able to work independently, conduct detailed investigations, and analyze data critically.

Responsibilities:
  • • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires

      • Maintain accurate records of training progress and outcomes

Requirements:
  • • Bachelor's degree in any field
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in UK Mortgages or related field
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of digital currency industry
