Job Title: Process Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs for various audiences.

As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive training content that meets the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing training programs that meet client needs

  • Providing feedback and coaching to improve trainee performance

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in training and development
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
