Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Leader to spearhead our application development efforts. As a key team member, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

This role requires strong technical skills, including ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft ASP.NET, C# programming language, and .Net full stack development. A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in software development is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Application Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET (including .NET Core / .NET 6+).
  • Solution Architecture: Architect solutions using object-oriented design principles, with a solid understanding of interfaces vs. abstract classes and composition vs. inheritance.
  • Data Access: Implement efficient data access using Entity Framework or Dapper, and optimize queries with advanced SQL Server/PostgreSQL indexing strategies (clustered, non-clustered, constraints).
  • API Development: Develop and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring REST-compliance and best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Clean Code Practices: Leverage dependency injection, delegates, Func/Action patterns, and IDisposable for clean and modular code.
  • Unit Testing: Write robust unit tests using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest, with mocking support (Moq) to ensure high code coverage.
  • Concurrency Management: Apply best practices in multithreading, asynchronous programming (async/await), and synchronization to avoid concurrency pitfalls.
  • LINQ Concepts: Understand and apply LINQ concepts (IEnumerable vs IQueryable, deferred execution) for optimal data processing.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate in CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps practices to automate builds, tests, and deployments.
