We are seeking an accomplished software development leader with a proven track record in guiding high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale Python applications.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement scalable architecture using microservices and containerization, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services using Flask, prioritizing security and reliability.
  • Analyze and solve complex technical problems, applying robustness and scalability principles to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of strong actual experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, API frameworks, RASA framework, and BOT development is essential.
  • Proficiency in Docker, containerization, monolithic and microservices design architecture is required.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like GIT and BIT Bucket, as well as project management tools like JIRA, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Java is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including data structures and algorithms, are crucial for success.
