Technical Expertise

As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for developing and evolving software in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide leadership to an agile team of 5-7, working with product line leaders to understand product requirements and vision. You will translate these into prioritized lists of user stories and deliver them to required timelines and quality standards.

You will work with product line leaders and architects to develop multi-generation software technology plans. This will drive increased efficiency across teams by eliminating duplication and leveraging product and technology reuse.

You will support process improvements that guide development, sustaining, and support activities. You will work cross-functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide technical leadership to an agile team.
  • Work with product line leaders to understand product requirements and vision.
  • Translate requirements and vision into prioritized lists of user stories.
  • Develop multi-generation software technology plans.
  • Drive increased efficiency across teams by eliminating duplication and leveraging product and technology reuse.
  • Support process improvements that guide development, sustaining, and support activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Python, and AWS.
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management domain knowledge like PING, WSO2, OKTA.
  • Desired Characteristics: Experience in EC2, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront, CloudWatch, AWS Lambda, ECR, IAM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect 1.0, SAML, WS Federation; Experience in Angular is nice to have.
  • Ability to take ownership of small and medium-sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective team building and problem-solving abilities.
