  • We seek a highly skilled Legal Counsel with 6-8 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal support to various agencies.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will advise stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial, employment, intellectual property, data privacy, ethics, compliance, and generative artificial intelligence (GAI). They will manage and oversee litigation and arbitration matters, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on employment law matters, internal investigations, and related processes.
  • Collate and maintain records and correspondence relating to litigation and compliance matters.
  • Assist in briefing Senior Advocates/external counsel for urgent reliefs and pleadings preparation.
  • Conduct legal research to develop arguments and prepare case law analysis.
  • Deliver training and legal risk management initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

  • LL.B with 6-8 years post-qualification experience as an in-house lawyer and/or in law firms.
  • Experience in Media & Entertainment or Information Technology industry is an advantage.
  • Diplomas in legal vocations/subjects are desirable but not mandatory.
