Project Management Office Leader

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a critical leadership role within an organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with experience working in a similar capacity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and coordinate project execution related operational matters, including invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises, timesheet management, and workflow management.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate dashboards and chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders, publishing minutes of meeting and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Drive and support business decisions and compliance.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years experience in PMO.
  • Must have experience working with IT services companies.
