Job Overview:

EHS Specialist with COTS and WERCS is responsible for leading technical initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise in COTS software and WERCS to drive business objectives forward.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background in WERCS and proficiency with its functionalities
  • Software Development/DBMS Skills: SQL and .NET skills required
  • System Integration: In-depth knowledge of system integration, including API technology and DTE (Data Transfer Engine) interface
  • Regulatory Compliance: Determine, implement, and monitor WERCS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Regulatory and Risk Management Assessment: Knowledge in regulatory and risk management assessment for compliance to applicable regulations
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead as a technical representative and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of WERCS initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Database Support: Support maintenance of various databases, including clients internal database, clients website, Customs, and the external WERCS portal for product registration
  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Must have Pharmaceutical industry experience and be familiar with SDLC under GxP regulation
Job Description:

The EHS Specialist with COTS and WERCS role involves driving technical initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of WERCS initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

This position requires a strong technical background in WERCS and proficiency with its functionalities, as well as software development/DBMS skills in SQL and .NET. Additionally, you must have in-depth knowledge of system integration, including API technology and DTE (Data Transfer Engine) interface, and be able to determine, implement, and monitor WERCS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives forward and support the maintenance of various databases, including clients internal database, clients website, Customs, and the external WERCS portal for product registration.
