Compliance Officer is the cornerstone of our business. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee regulatory compliance for our Broking division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disseminate relevant circulars and notifications issued by regulators daily to respective departments, tracking actionable items and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) records.
  • Settle client balances (funds/securities) and possess a basic understanding of the process.
  • Prepare documentation for Alternate Payment (AP) registration/cancellation and maintain awareness of AP-related compliances.
  • Provide NEAT/CTCL terminals and maintain MIS records for the same.
  • Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and annual regulatory returns to exchanges and handle day-to-day regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with exchanges, clients, and departments on compliance-related issues.
  • Maintain transaction data records for clients.
  • Prepare various applications/documentation as per exchange rules and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
