Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for all aspects of the IT department.
  • Lead and mentor IT teams across various domains, including site support, service desk, NOC, infrastructure, data and analytics, systems administration, and cloud engineering.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services that meet the needs of the business.
  • Oversee the service desk and NOC operations to ensure they are responsive and effective.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and cloud computing resources.
  • Oversee the management and strategy for data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security to support decision-making processes.
  • Implement project management best practices to manage scope, risk, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 13+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing diverse IT functions.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT service management principles.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams.
  • Strong decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
