Commercial Real Estate Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Asset Management professional to join our team. With a focus on delivering exceptional results and maximizing investor returns, this role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual.

This position involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data, including property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing, storing, and retrieving asset-related documents, such as property deeds, lease agreements, and insurance policies.

The Commercial Real Estate Asset Management professional will prepare reports on asset performance, including budget variance, Insurance and Lease status, Tickets/maintenance activity, shared drive updation. They will also provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings with PM, FM, identifying Contractors, procuring work scopes, quotes etc.

Servicing internal stakeholders, including property managers, leasing agents, and other support teams, is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve asset-related documents.
  • Prepare reports on asset performance.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset-related data.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of asset-related documents.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on asset performance.
  • Provide excellent administrative support to internal stakeholders.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software/Yardi.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
