Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contact Center Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures that support scalable, resilient, and high-performing contact center solutions.
Key Skills and QualificationsTechnical Requirements:
- Cisco UCCE and CVP design and implementation
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies and trends
- Experience with ICM PGs Call Servers Gateways Media Servers Finesse and supporting applications
- Scripting and application development skills
- System integration and troubleshooting expertise
- Performance monitoring and optimization skills
- Upgrades patching and migration planning
- Comprehensive documentation and knowledge base creation
