Job Title:

Cisco Contact Center Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our contact center solutions team. As a Cisco Contact Center Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and high-performing contact center architectures.

  • Design and implement robust Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures that support business requirements.
  • Develop detailed design documents and diagrams for integration with third-party applications.
  • Lead or participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement call routing and IVR systems.
  • Integrate contact center solutions with CRM systems and workforce management tools.
  • Develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts.
  • Provide tier-3 support for complex issues involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.
  • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows.
