Job Title: Senior Manager/AVP ALM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager/AVP ALM to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor liquidity and interest rate risk for the organization, identifying potential concerns and providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare, review, and validate regulatory returns, monitoring ratios against internal and regulatory limits, and providing insightful analysis to management.
  • Develop and maintain daily liquidity and asset liability management dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with IT teams to implement and maintain risk monitoring and management systems.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of current solutions through testing and provide functional inputs for developing new solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in asset liability management and balance sheet optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across treasury, risk, finance, and business functions.
  • Oversee balance sheet hedging and streamline processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client and company information at all times.
  • Adhere to RBI policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and collaboration with RBI financial audit teams.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant banking experience in asset liability management.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity and interest rate risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in risk management software and tools.
