Job Description:

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision for our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering exceptional business outcomes through strategic technology initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement large-scale software systems that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth. Your ability to collaborate effectively, think critically, and communicate complex ideas simply will be essential in influencing decisions and driving results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and documenting the current architectural state of our enterprise systems
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and technical debt reduction
  • Designing and implementing integrated enterprise ecosystems that are efficient to operate and easy to support
  • Providing technical guidance and performing architectural reviews with team members
  • Defining and participating in processes that improve products using return on experience and root cause analysis of incidents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience architecting, integrating, and automating large-scale software systems
  • 8+ years of coding and delivering software as an engineer with languages such as Python and Java
  • Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, including systems in sales and CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation systems (Marketo), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, Billing and Payment systems, and more
