Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Monitoring Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our monitoring tools and systems.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of our applications and infrastructure. This includes:

  • Implementing and configuring monitoring tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace
  • Developing and maintaining scripts to automate monitoring tasks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Providing expert-level support for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms
  • Strong command-line skills in both Unix/Linux and Windows systems
  • Proficiency in SQL or NRQL for querying and data analysis
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Terraform, and Jenkins is a plus
