Ultimo EAM Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions to lead the implementation and configuration of IFS Ultimo modules.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

• Implement and configure IFS Ultimo modules (e.g., Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Safety Management).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
• Integrate IFS Ultimo with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, IoT platforms).
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
• Participate in upgrade and migration projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working with EAM solutions in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of EAM principles and functional architecture.
• Experience with configuration tools and scripting.
• Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IFS Ultimo certification (if available).
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, or logistics.
• Knowledge of related systems like IFS Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
