Job Description:
At Glorious HR Services, we seek a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Any graduate; freshers or undergraduates with 1 year of experience.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (Versant Level 4).
- Work Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with rotational shifts (8 am - 8 pm) and 1 day off.
- Salary and Benefits: Upto 25,000/- per month* and quarterly bonus: 3,744.
