Senior Brand Strategist

A key member of our team will play a pivotal role in supporting brand building efforts across various solution areas under the Kapiva portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management of task items basis the strategic objectives for the solution area(s)
- Market Understanding: Understanding of the target group, their trigger and barriers; competitive landscape, etc.
- New Products Development (NPD): Helping in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
- Communication Development: Assist in managing all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
- Data Analytics: Actively driving measurement & learnings for various marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors.
- Offline Understanding: Role requires market visits to track offline business health metrics like Distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility and Planogramming.
- Other activities required to support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc to drive product/therapy success.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration, or related field.
- Exposure to handling business in Offline channel is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or digital marketing.
- Highly motivated & Self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possession of passion for building a consumer brand.
