">Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Complex Projects: Oversee complex government projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Represent the architectural firm before top authorities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate between client, site teams, the architect's office, and multiple consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present project updates and progress to senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a leadership role requiring maturity, composure, and technical depth to deliver projects of the highest importance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contractual matters, a deep understanding of government agency processes, and a proven ability to collaborate across various stakeholders.

  • B.E. (Civil), MBA, B.Arch, M.Arch, Ph.D., etc.

A thorough grasp of construction processes—civil, MEP, façade, interiors, specialized works, and landscaping—is essential for this role. Regular presence between Ahmedabad city and surrounding project sites (50/50) is also required.
