Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled facility professional to oversee the daily soft services of our office-based environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors, while maintaining relationships with service vendors and resolving facility-related requests and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of cleaning, security, and reception services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service vendors
  • Respond to and resolve facility-related requests and complaints
  • Assist in planning and budgeting for soft services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Utilize facility management software to track tasks and generate reports
  • Coordinate with other facilities teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field
  • At least 35 years of experience in facilities management or a related role
  • Knowledge of soft services operations in corporate settings
  • Proficiency in facility management software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service oriented

Work Environment:
