Job Title: Risk Management Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the long-term success of our business.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various areas of our business.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to reduce risk exposure.
  • Monitor and report on risk metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of work experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data-driven analytics tools such as Google Big Query, Big Data, SQL, and Python.
