About our client's digital transformation initiative, we are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing high-quality applications that meet the performance requirements of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting meetings with business or project teams to identify scope
  • Preparing Non-Functional Requirement Documents and performance test strategies
  • Communicating regularly with business and development team managers
  • Assessing test readiness and environment, test data, and test scripts

You will have hands-on experience using tools like Neo Load and LoadRunner, and be able to work on designing workload models, executing performance tests, and analyzing results. Additionally, you will present findings to development and business teams and secure approvals.

We offer a flexible contract-to-hire opportunity with immediate start dates available. Required skills include performance testing, load runner, and JMeter. If you have a passion for driving innovation and value for clients, we encourage you to apply.

In order to excel in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Neo Load, LoadRunner, and JMeter
  • Able to work on performance testing tools like Neo Load & LoadRunner
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
