As a Senior Executive Client Servicing professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client-centric strategies, leveraging your expertise in communications and digital media.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact client success.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans, including briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers, to engage stakeholders and drive results.
  • Evaluate reports and deliverables to ensure accuracy, structure, and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
